faq
- why are there no binary packages?
- why are there so many windows in fibs mode?
- configure fails - what's wrong?
simply because i don't know how to create them. if somebody could
please tell me how to create .rpm and .deb files for KDE
applications?
generally, all KDE programs follow the single document
interface standard. basically, that means that you do not have
one large window that contains lots of small windows.
moreover, the design of bacKgammon has been influenced by the
Fidonet message editor FleetStreet. the general idea is that you
have small specialized windows. since each window can be
disabled and all windows save their state and geometry at
program exit, the program is highly customizable - you only see
the information you care about.
that's hard to say - but you probably have to provide some
options. details on the compilation
should be able to help you.
